The right dose for you depends on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as recommended by your doctor. Let your doctor know about all the other medicines you are taking because they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. Common side effects include an increased risk of bleeding and indigestion. These are usually mild, but consult your doctor if they persist or worry you. Take care while using sharp objects or playing contact sports, as this medicine may increase the risk of bleeding, such as nosebleeds or bruising.
